When will my box ship?

We ship our boxes within 3 business days of you ordering them if they are purchased within the shipping window (10 days before the end of the month unless otherwise announced) If they are purchased outside the shipping window your box will ship on the first day of the next month. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your box ships you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can also view your tracking information by logging in to your account and viewing "your subscription(s)

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live. 

How long until my box gets to me?

Once your box ships you can view your estimated delivery date by using your tracking number on the USPS website.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all countries except for Turkey.

My box is being returned to sender, what do I do?

Reach out to us if you notice your box is being returned and we can send it back to you once we receive it. Please note that if your boxes are returned multiple times we will pause your account until you can provide us with a different address. 

My box is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

Our boxes are shipped to the address as you have provided it. LashyBox is not responsible for lost mail due to the address being entered incorrectly and we will not offer refunds or replacements. 

Do you pay customs fees for international orders?

LashyBox is not responsible for any customs fees or duties. If your box gets trapped at customs it is up to the customer to take steps to have it released. We will not refund or replace a box that gets stuck in customs.
